Pre-Registration Process:

Registration Information
Pre-registration is required due to limited seating:

1st step:  Sign in on-line at www.coloradosbdc.org. 
2nd step:  -- If a New Visitor (scroll down to the left), click on location “Aurora” – which takes you to the Aurora SBDC page;
                -- If you’re not new to the site, just sign in using your email and password.
3rd step:  Scroll down to find the seminar(s) of interest.
4th step:  Click on ‘Register’ and complete the form with your information; you’ll then be ready to register for any of the other classes offered through the Colorado SBDC Network.

Currently, we don’t have a system for paying on-line.  Therefore, fees are payable by cash or check at the door (payable to the City of Aurora).  Several classes are offered at no charge, but fee-based classes are marked accordingly, and the fee, if registered in advance, is generally $30/person.

$* Fees for classes (unless offered for “FREE”):
Generally, a three-hour class is $30 for Aurora residents/businesses/Colorado SBDC Network customers; $40 for all others.  Take two or more classes and receive a discount if paid in advance at the first registered class.

PAYMENT:       Seminars are payable at the door, by cash or check only, payable to the City of Aurora.
Credit cards accepted only by receiving an invoice from Aurora SBDC and paying at the city’s Cashier.

LOCATION: Conference room confirmed upon pre-registration.  Unless otherwise indicated, seminars will take place at the Aurora Municipal Center (AMC); free parking.

FEE STRUCTURE:
Seminar fees are nonrefundable without cancelation notice within 48 hours of the scheduled class start time.

$* Aurora Residents / Businesses / Colorado SBDC Network customers (on-line registrations):
    Single 3-hour session: $30.00
    Two 3-hour sessions: $50.00
    Three 3-hour sessions: $75.00
    Four 3-hour sessions: $80.00

$* All others:
    $40/single 3-hour session

* PAYMENT: To receive any discount on the pricing as outlined above, payment must be received at the first registered class, with a check payable to the City of Aurora.

Payment options:

  1. Pay in person at the Aurora BDC (address below), note there is an ATM on the 1st floor, southeast corner of the lobby; or,
  2. Send a check payable to the City of Aurora and send to the Aurora SBDC (address below); or,
  3. To pay by Credit Card:
    1. Obtain an invoice from Aurora Business Development;
    2. Present the invoice with your payment to the 1st floor Cashier’s office at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy., Aurora, CO  80012;
    3. Obtain a receipt; and
    4. Present the receipt to the Aurora BDC (address below) or at the registered class.
  4. Register for more than one fee-based class and receive a discount.  If paying for more than one class, a voucher will be issued to you upon receipt of payment.
  5. All fees are nonrefundable, but can be applied to a future class.
