NAMC - - Building Bridges & Removing Barriers in the 21st Century
The National Association of Minority Contractors, Colorado Chapter, has education and training as one of its top priorities for minority contractors in construction. Although the national nonprofit trade association has been around since 1969, the Colorado Chapter was formed in 2005, so companies and independent contractors who could benefit from NAMC's services may not know that valuable information and support are just around the corner.
Get Connected. Minority entrepreneurs can get connected through various outreach programs, such as training seminars and links, procurement bulletins, legal and legislative notices, tax information and a monthly informative newsletter. The NAMC also helps to build professional relationships, serves as an advocate on key issues affecting minority contractors and collaborates with national agencies in order to increase mutually beneficial opportunities for its members.
Resources. If there are barriers between you and your construction goals, and you need a bridge to opportunities for building your contracting business, take advantage of the resources available to you through the NAMC!
