Generally, businesses that make or buy goods to sell may deduct the cost of goods sold from their gross receipts in computing business income.

Businesses that must account for an inventory generally use an accrual method of accounting for income as well as expenses. Cost of goods sold can be a complex calculation for any business.

The Tenth Aurora Asian Film Festival will be between May 31 and- June 3, 2007. Get your tickets now before they're sold out!

The Opening Night Gala will include an outdoor reception following the film at the Aurora Fox Arts Center . The East End Arts District will host, a Summer Art Walk both Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. The Summer Art Walk will showcase the local art galleries in Aurora's art district.

The closing Night film will be followed by the popular “Wrap Party” at two local galleries The Other Side Arts (TOSA) and Downtown Aurora Visual Arts (DAVA).
