Do you need an interpreter for a small business seminar?

Please follow the process below well in advance of the seminar:

1. Before registering, please call the Aurora BDC and provide the following information:
   * Your name;
   * Your contact number and e-mail;
   * Your specific need - - sign or other language;
   * Your prefered date(s) of seminar(s) and time frame.
   
2. The Aurora BDC will contact the City of Aurora's Community Relations office.
   
3. Community Relations can provide potential interpreter names and numbers.
4. The Aurora BDC will contact potential interpreters and inquire about their availability and charges.
5. The Aurora BDC will communicate their findings with you and your options.
6. Upon your consent, the Aurora BDC will pre-register you for the appropriate class(es).

Alternatively, you are most welcome to make your own arrangements for an interpreter.

Unfortunately, the City of Aurora does not have the budget to pay for individual interpreters.
