Alameda Square Project

The Alameda Square Project is moving forward at a slower pace than we had hoped, however we are still here and hope to let out several bid packages in February.  Start dates at this time for packages #2-5 are tentative due to some ongoing negotiations.  These packages include:

I am sending this information to you to pass on to your members.  All meetings will be held at Alameda Square, 2200 W Alameda Ave. at the Social Services Building at the far southern end of the site.  All prebid meetings will be held at 1:00 pm on the date named.  Anyone interested can email me with the name of their company and what package/s they are interested in bidding to get on the contact list.  Plan rooms: Construction News Service, Reed Construction Data, Builders Exchange, CDOT-Construction Development Center, ISQFT, and Denver Public Library...see Denver Area Plan Rooms.
