Dear Partners of Arapahoe County:
We are in the initial planning stages for the 5th Annual Arapahoe County VIP Dinner and Silent Auction to kick off the Arapahoe County Fair. Would your oganization be interested in donating something to the Silent Auction? Often times donors find that it is good publicity for their business. All proceeds will benefit the Arapahoe County Fair Building Fund.
The Internal Revenue Service has determined that Arapahoe County Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. When we receive a donation, we will send a receipt from the Arapahoe County Foundation, Inc. for the monetary donation that can be used in the preparation of your 2010 income tax filing. Please advise us on the value of your item(s) if it isn’t explicit. For tax treatment of donations, please refer to your tax advisor. By contributing, you will receive recognition at the dinner with your name listed in the VIP Dinner program and a “donated by” card will be placed by your item.
We would really appreciate receiving all donated items by June 14. Please know that your contributions will positively impact our event and will be much appreciated.
